A longtime favorite!  Our homemade, spicy Italian sausage is suteed in butter with ground proscuitto.  We add fresh parsley, ground pepper, fresh Parmesan cheese and a fresh egg and toss it with fresh ribbons of Fettucini pasta.   Served with toasted garlic bread.
